How It Works:
- Boat Owner Supplies PHA, Inc. With Confirmed Tunnel Dimensions of his WorldCat 266 or whatever boat you may have.
- We Design and Custom Build the VARA® Foil then ship it to customer as “Unassembled Kit” to your address.
- Owners Boatyard installs (2) VARA® Plates on his Twin 200 Suzukis, or you install it yourself.
- Boatyard Installs (2) VARA® Attach angles on TopHat of Tunnel which the hydrofoil will attach to.
- The Foil is then Welded as 1 unit with struts and hydrofoil aluminum section, this can be done before or after wedge measurement.
- Boat Yard, or yourself then attaches the VARA® Foil with 4 bolts to angles on Tophat.
- Owner takes boat on 3 separate test runs in your sea conditions to “Dial the VARA® Foil In”.
- Owner changes the Adjustable Hydrofoil 3 times to obtain proper flight, and center of gravity front to back.
- Then the fun begins;
